Comfort Inn & Suites Bryant - Benton

Have used Comfort Inns in the past but none have been this clean. Kudos to the staff and owners.

Directions to Comfort from your webcite were very bad for location in Bryant Ark.

Strongly recommend for a short stint

Clean room, comfortable bed, with lovely furnishings like the plush bedding that ensured a restful night and efficient amenities such as a fitness center for some quick exercise before heading out to explore the city, all within a convenient distance of 28 km from the nearest airport.

The staff are hospitable and extremely friendly.

The setting of hotel was particularly good and absolutely perfect, hard to ask for more out of a quick stop over. The staff has always been consistently courteous and very pleasant, and the facilities were modern! The breakfast was hot with lots of great food on offer.

We had a great stay with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and enjoyed the hot breakfast spread. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we'll definitely return!

The king suite was clean and spacious, with a well-maintained bathroom. The staff were friendly and made check-in easy. The seating area for breakfast was a bit limited and could use improvement.

The room was clean and very comfortable with great amenities like a flat screen TV, fridge, and microwave. I particularly loved the convenient Waffle Maker during breakfast!

The location was ideal, close to numerous restaurants and shopping areas. Check-in was smooth, and Marina at the front desk provided excellent customer service, great to choose our room floor. Our King's room was super clean and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom and a functional mini fridge. Breakfast featured a variety of options, including a popular waffle maker.

During my travels, I felt right at home. The check-in process was quick. I appreciated that I could pick my preferred floor. The room was clean, and I had all I needed, including a mini fridge to store drinks. I enjoyed exploring the area post-check-in because it had many shops and restaurants nearby, perfect for my spontaneous road trip from Italy.

I noticed the breakfast area was a bit cramped at times, making it challenging to find seating.

The hotel exuded warmth with its cozy decor and cute ambiance. Accessibility was thoughtful, with wide hallways and a spacious lobby that were easy to navigate.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

Excellent cleanliness and accommodating staff

I stayed for one night in a King Suite with Sofa Bed, and I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The staff was not only friendly but went out of their way to was nice. The breakfast selection, with hot options and fresh coffee, made for a pleasant start to the day. The only downside was that the room layout felt a bit spacious without much cozy seating beyond the bed and sofa.

The lady who checked us in was very nice, kind, accommodating, and professional. Just make sure you avoid the clerk who calls people 'doll.
